REGINA DURURU-OKORAFO
Founder & Director General
Based in Canada, Regina is the founder of THH. In 1995, when Regina went to a colleague's funeral in Zimbabwe, she was saddened and concerned that his surviving son would be forced to drop out of Primary School as his mother who had no education lacked the financial resources to pay. As a single mother then, Regina empathized with the widow. That boy became the first child she sponsored, children like him inspired her to start THH. Regina worked as an Inspector for the 2013 Nobel Peace Prize Winner OPCW for 11 years. Before that, for 7 years, she worked as a Senior Forensic Scientist for the Zimbabwe Republic Police. Regina was a founding Board member and served as the National Treasurer for the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) for 10 years, and then went on to work as the Regional and National Administrator for the RCCG European Office in the Netherlands. She continues to serve on the RCGG NL Board. Regina holds a MSc Analytical Chemistry and BSc Chemistry and Biochem from the University of Zimbabwe. Her joy is seeing someone who had been written off become self sufficient. She is also a Pastor with RCCG.

JULIA CHANDA ZVOBGO-ROZENBOOM
Director of Communications and Development
Based in The Netherlands, Julia was born in Zimbabwe and moved to The Netherlands when she was 11. Growing up as an Afropean and a Third Culture Kid has given her a unique cross-cultural worldview. She has the ability to cultivate international partnerships and is passionate about engaging Africans, particularly those living in the diaspora, to invest in their continent. Julia is always looking for new and creative ways to "make the invisible, visible". She began volunteering for THH in 2005 as an intern. Since then, she has continued developing innovative programs and services for THH such as; Project Free to Reign, the Youth Ambassador Program, the Virtual Internship Program and other volunteer and donor programs. Julia brings with her a wide breadth of experience. Most recently she worked as a Community Development Social Worker for Calgary Seniors Resource Society (CSRS). Her practical experience is complemented by a BA from the University of British Columbia in Political Science with a Minor in African Studies and an MA from Leiden University in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology, specialising in Visual Ethnography and Global Economy & Culture.

Based in the Netherlands, she holds a BA (Hons) in English and a MA ESL from the University of Ife, Nigeria. For 15 years Bukky was a Lecturer with the University of Ife (now OAU). She has been a Senior Pastor in charge of several Parishes in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Netherlands Mission and currently she is the Chairperson & Coordinator of RCCG Netherlands Mission. She also heads the Women and Africa Missions portfolio of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Europe Mainland.
