CORPORATE DONATIONS
Your company’s donation large or small will help us continue providing programs and services to orphans and vulnerable children in Zimbawe. Companies can choose to make a monthly donation, or make an annual donation. Alternatively you can support a project or one of our programs. We will work with you to identify one that meets your company’s thematic interests and needs. We are committed to providing our partners with regular project updates that help keep staff engaged and allow you to see how your support has made a difference. But nothing is more powerful than seeing our programs first hand. That’s why we offer our partners the ability to visit the projects they support.
Working with THH to develop an employee engagement program can help improve employee productivity, increase employee retention rates, support professional development and help attract high quality employees. There are a number of effective ways to engage your employees in a partnership with THH:
CREATE AN ANNUAL GIVING CAMPAIGN – Once a year, set a fundraising target for your company and encourage each employees to make a donation. Offering prizes and incentives will help get employees excited about the initiative. The funds you raise will make a real difference!
HOST A LUNCH & LEARN – Invite a speaker from THH and bring your employees together over lunch to learn about the challenges facing orphans and vulnerable children. Your employees will learn the different ways they can get involved and support their community.
HOLD A CASUAL WORKDAY – Help us raise funds by offering your employees the chance to make a small donation in exchange for wearing casual clothes or their favorite sports teams jersey to work on a specific day.
ESTABLISH A PAYROLL GIVING PROGRAM – Make your CSR commitment apart of your company’s everyday culture. Offer employees the opportunity to make a small donation from each paycheque. Over time this can help hundreds of children and change their families and communities.
